Daniel Steiner

2025 Scholar

Daniel Steiner is a junior at Chatham High School. As the president of his school's Computer League and FIRST Team and as director of CSBase, he has run numerous events to increase STEM education within the local community, including two hackathons and a summer camp to teach young students computer science. Daniel founded Software 4 The Future, an organization dedicated to using computer science to improve the world of tomorrow. For his commitment to serving his community, he has been awarded the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award. He is currently developing an app for the Great Swamp, and working towards Eagle Scout. In the future, he aspires to become a machine learning engineer and work alongside researchers to push forward humanity through the use of artificial intelligence.
