Haley Mody

Haley Mody is a junior in the engineering pathway at Passaic County Technical Institute STEM Academy. She is secretary of her school's Speech and Debate Club and is also part of HSA and Engineering Club. In Engineering Club, she took part in the NASA Hunch competition with her team. The aim of the project was to create a robotic arm that would attach to a duster so it could grasp onto handrails to move itself through the space station. She is also part of her schools SkillsUSA and has won second place (2023) and third place (2024) at the state-level. She volunteers at her temple, her school, Kumon (grading papers), and St. Peters Haven (a food pantry). Her main interest lies in aerospace engineering.
