Krishi Shah

Team Lead

Krishi Shah is a second-year student at the Honors College of New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she is pursuing a degree in Computer Science, while minoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Krishi is an active member of NJIT’s Women in Computing Society (WiCS), where she serves as an Event Coordinator, and is also the Treasurer of the GIGABeats A Cappella group. Her research experience includes developing a Search Query Recommendation System with Google, as well as working on LSTM neural networks to predict stock prices, integrating historical data and different technical indicators, and participating in Cornell University's Break Through Tech machine learning program. Krishi is currently conducting research on zero-shot generalization analysis in audio classification at NJIT, where she will be publishing a research paper on unseen classes and their impacts with supervised learning through machine listening. She is also currently a Data Analyst Co-op at Johnson & Johnson and has a keen interest in applying machine learning and AI to real-world challenges. Krishi’s future STEM goals include becoming a software engineer, where she can leverage her technical skills to create innovative solutions that drive social good.
