Samvit Agarwal
Samvit Agarwal is a senior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. During his sophomore year, he founded CS Remastered, a nonprofit organization that aims to bring free one-on-one computer science classes to students across the nation. Through CS Remastered, Samvit has been able to impact more than 300 students and 250 volunteers, and through recent partnerships with organizations like HomeFront NJ, he aims to bring his classes to underserved communities. In addition to volunteering, Samvit has also awarded at several college-level hackathons, where he develops real-world applications to solve pressing global issues. Additionally, over the last summer, he conducted research at Rutgers University, where he used machine learning and image processing to analyze optimal sign placement. Samvit aims to combine his passions for computer science and social good in the future by starting his own company focused on driving global change through technology.
