Warisha Bari

Warisha Bari is a junior at Newark Tech High School. She is the founder of her school’s Math Team, the President of the Eco-Tech Club, and the Vice President of the NextGen Innovations Club. She is also a successful policy debater with several speaker awards and one solo championship. She also carries a gold medal from the Camp Yellow International Mathematics Championship. Always searching for ways to help her community, Warisha is a committed math tutor that assist students inside and outside of her school for free. She also volunteers at her local hospital Clara Maass. Outside of academics, she enjoys making art, playing chess, and being with animals. She aspires to be a neurosurgeon that provides services to underprivileged communities globally.
