Zayd Elhedoudy

Zayd Elhedoudy is a senior at the Health Science Academy in Trenton. As the President of his school's Red Cross chapter, captain of his Debate Team, and State Vice President of the NJ HOSA chapter, he has developed a true passion for helping others through STEM education. To delve deeper into these passions, he has performed biomedical research at Stevens Institute of Technology on the link between sonification (sound waves) and multiple sclerosis disease. Outside of research, Zayd is interested in biomedical engineering and public policy, and is working with leaders in his own district and throughout New Jersey to increase and enhance interdisciplinary learning in schools. He enjoys reading military history books at home.
